If you are not happy with your purchase, we can help you. The following is our Return Policy and will describe what you should know.
Most of our products are offered with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Wrong product, wrong size, not what you ordered, or maybe you just changed your mind. Whatever your reason, just use our simple Contact Us form and we will help. Your item needs to be in the same condition as when you received it and in the original packing.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will credit your purchase amount to the method of payment used during purchase. Caregiver-Aid will also refund the shipping charges made at the time of purchase. You will then be notified of your completed refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for returning your item.
After 30 Days
After 30 days, a product will still be covered under the manufacturers’ warranty. Just be sure to read and save the product warranty information included with the product. Some products may need to be registered with the manufacturer for the warranty to be effective. Average warranty times range from 1 – 3 years, depending on the product and the manufacturer.
Exceptions to Return Policy
Products that are hygienic in nature are not returnable.
Examples of hygienic products are (not all inclusive):
- Bath chairs & benches
- Bed linens
- Wheelchair cushions
- Any product that has been used and which would no longer be sanitary.
If a product is found to be defective upon arrival or it is damaged during shipment (including hygienic products), they are returnable.
