  • Do you work with Medicare?

Sorry, but no. We cannot work with Medicare. Maybe someday.

 

  • Can I return “anything”?

As a rule, any non-hygienic product can be returned within 30 days of purchase for any reason. Just contact us and we’ll make it happen. After 30 days your purchase will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Hygienic products (bath & toilet items, incontinence, etc) are not returnable. View our complete Return Policy.

 

  • How soon will I get my order?

Short answer – usually 3 to 6 days. Most of our items are shipped via FedEx ground within 24 hours of purchase, often the same day if ordered by noon. If there is a delay or any item is back-ordered, we will contact you by email.

 

  • Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only customers from the state of Texas will pay sales tax which will automatically be added at check-out.

 

  • Does Caregiver-Aid have a retail store?

Caregiver-aid is exclusively an online retailer at this time. Our office is located in Lancaster Texas and our products can come from different warehouses around the US, however, 99% of our products come from a single warehouse in central Texas.

 

  • Can I get something special ordered?

Yes you can. If we don’t have the product you need listed, we may have it available from one of our suppliers. Just send us an email with any information you have,.. like description, brand name and part number if you have it, and we’ll do are best to find it. And if we can’t get, we’ll make some suggestions to help you locate what you want.
